Defined backup strategies for mission critical operations within the office.
At Downers Grove Township, initiated and managed the Photo Acquisition Project, stored on a laser disc, which increased office productivity by relieving the necessity to visit parcels.
As Chief Deputy Assessor at Downers Grove Township, focused on property owner relations and equatable assessments and procedures. Represented the township at appeal hearings at State and County levels.
